Looking for a simple recipe for sweet potatoes, well look no further! Here is your basic yet delicious recipe that will make everyone in the family happy.

| Oven-Roasted Buttery Sweet Potatoes |
Ingredients:
- 7 cups (1-inch) cubed peeled sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoon STAR Butter Flavored Olive Oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Mix sweet potatoes in a bowl with STAR Butter Flavored Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove, serve immediately, and enjoy!
