STAR Garbanzo Bean Tuna Salad
This refreshing take on tuna salad packs a protein punch thanks to the garbanzo beans and tuna! Perfect for hot Summer days!
Ingredients:
2 cans solid white tuna, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tomato, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
STAR Red Wine Vinegar to taste
STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, serve alone or atop a bed of arugula or lettuce. For extra flavor, marinate overnight.

Summer Salads with STAR
During these warm and sultry days of summer, turning on the oven just seems out of the question.
