Grilled Chicken Salad
Bringing
a tasty, healthy salad for lunch just got easier with STAR EVOO & Red Wine Vinegar Single-Serving Packs! We like to grill several chicken
breasts ahead of time and freeze or refrigerate them so that they can
be used in lunches throughout the week.

- 1 Handful mixed greens
- 1 Grilled Chicken breast sliced
- 1 STAR Single-Serving Red Wine Vinegar Pack
- 1 STAR Single-Serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pack
- 3 Mini-peppers sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Cara Mia Grilled Artichoke drained
Directions:
- Add everything to a salad bowl and when you are ready to eat, top with one portion pack of STAR Red Wine Vinegar and one portion pack of STAR Olive Oil.
- Mix well and enjoy!
Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Orzo Salad
Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Orzo Salad |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked orzo pasta
1 large tomato, diced (about 1 cup)
1 red bell pepper, diced (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (2-ounce) sliced black olives, drained
1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbs. toasted pine nuts
4 STAR Single-Serving Red Wine Vinegar portion packs
4 STAR Single-Serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil portion packs
Direction:
Cook the orzo according to package directions.
Combine the tomato, bell pepper, olives, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl and stir to combine. When the orzo is al dente, drain and add to the mixed veggies. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the salad evenly among four separate jars or other food containers. Refrigerate for up to one week.
When ready to eat, stir in one portion pack of STAR Red Wine Vinegar and one portion pack of STAR Olive Oil and mix well. Top with the pine nuts and adjust the seasonings if necessary.

Italian Herb Dipping Sauce
We love dipping bread in this Italian Herb Dipping Sauce made with a blend of fresh herbs and STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar.
Ingredients
In a small bowl combine the olive oil and vinegar. Mix until well blended. Add the herbs, and salt and pepper. Serve with fresh bread for dipping.

- ½ tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- ½ tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Roasted Green Beans
Green beans are in season this month. We tossed them in our STAR Butter Flavored Olive Oil before roasting to give them a butter flavor with all of the health benefits of olive oil!
Ingredients
1 pound green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons STAR Butter Flavored Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss green beans with STAR Butter Flavored Olive Oil and salt on large rimmed baking sheet. Roast until browned and almost tender, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Continue roasting until beans are tender, about 2 minutes longer.
